L-H Transitional Center, Inc. (LHTC), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provide services incorporating evidence-based strategies, family intervention, and prevention activities to individuals and the families in order to develop the community through strengthening families undergoing substance abuse.
Evidence-Based Approach
We offer a variety of life coaching services that will nurture your spirit, help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual life goals.
Intensive Outpatient Program
This treatment program is to address addictions, depression, eating disorders, or other dependencies that do
not require detoxification or
round-the-clock supervision.
Supportive Outpatient Program
This program focuses on clients continuing on their path to recovery and provides a safe support structure to reinforce positive behaviors and boost self-esteem. Clients who are recommended for SOP may include individuals who have transitioned
from the intensive program
or individuals who need
an after-care program.
Parenting Classes
The goal of the course is to promote responsibility, thinking, loving, and confident children by using
proven parenting techniques.
